Lumpiang Gulay
The very first vegetable dish, that I could be proud of saying, I could eat without any throwaways. I remember my college days, whenever prices of meal combos on the canteen is like too steep for my deteriorating allowance. I would instead order one of this along with a cup of hot rice.

Calamares
This dish was introduced to me when my family got a chance to have our summer vacation in Subic Zambales. The resort there serves Calamares as our pulutan for an ice-cold Light beer. Little did I know that it would be an instant hit. And this does not only serves as our pulutan but also main dish along with a hot rice and soup.

Pinalatikang Manok
I learned this recipe during my visits with my in-laws in Quezon province. This is their native delicacy and most often served on special occasions such as birthdays and despedida party. I adapted this dish and added a little twist on it.
Grilled Liempo Sisig
One of my favorite pulutan during the days of my nightly adventures come paydays. But who would have thought that my eldest son would also love it despite the constant complaint of it being to spicy. Naahh!! Extra rice please...
