Pork Giniling with Quail Eggs

Pasensiya na kayo mga Kabayan! Kapuso! Kapatid! Kapamilya! Indulge!!!

Pork Dinuguan

Uhhmmm!!! Heaven talaga!!! There's nothing like it....

Embutido

Meatballs Soup

During rainy seasons specially when there is a typhoon. We usually cooked this soup for the very reason that it is easy to prepare. And it would only take a short amount of time to cook as well. And lets not forget that kids and alike love this very much.

Homemade Burger

Nowadays, we rarely eat burgers on fast-food restaurants except on diners. Because my kids now prefer my burger cooking style and recipe. Although this one is kind of spicy version than the regular recipes. But what the heck, what's with a little heat on the mouth. But I guarantee this one's a true winner!

Pork Afritada

This dish is a staple dish during birthday and Christmas celebrations here in the Philippines. For my son, you could not go wrong with this placed on top of plain rice. Although this dish have somewhat similarities with mechado, caldereta or menudo. But if you are a Filipino, you could practical state the difference of the four.

Pork Tocino

These are one of those dishes that I personally limit into cooking. Why? Its because my daughter would always make a request along with hot rice and fried egg even as her baon. Imagine a heavy meal as her merienda? Although I admit, the sweetness and tenderness of the pork is one always hits the spot of any meat lover. As always!

Grilled Liempo Sisig

One of my favorite pulutan during the days of my nightly adventures come paydays. But who would have thought that my eldest son would also love it despite the constant complaint of it being to spicy. Naahh!! Extra rice please...

Bicol Express

This recipe is famous not only because it taste really really good. But this is most likely served as "pulutan" by most of our brave drinking men and women. I love this along with my favorite wine on the glass.

Adobong Bisaya

Usually the Adobos we ate comes with a sauce. However, we Bisaya have a variety wherein it does not have a sauce and its somewhat crispy. Add couple of labuyo on it and you have a spicy adobo version of it. Enjoy~

Roasted Pork Belly

Let us forget about our blood pressure for a while. And just indulge ourselves for a little pork to remedy your cravings. For safety measures though, let's drink pineapple juice later. Hehehe! 'njoy!
