Chicken Sotanghon Soup
I recommended serving this soup during rainy seasons or feeling under the weather. Best served specially if your are having a fever, those would force the sweat out of you. Although during the time of this writing, the country is mourning with the passing of an inspiration and a champion of the law. We salute you Ma'am! May you rest in peace, Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago....

Meatballs Soup
During rainy seasons specially when there is a typhoon. We usually cooked this soup for the very reason that it is easy to prepare. And it would only take a short amount of time to cook as well. And lets not forget that kids and alike love this very much.

Sinigang na Salmon Ulo
The first time I've known this dish, was when I saw a TV show that gives reviews on restaurants found around Quezon City where they served home-cooked meal that were also relatively cheap. From the looks of the patrons and the host itself, I could say that it truly taste really really good. Did not waste any more time, the next morning I search for salmon fish which is rare in our area.

Ginataang Tahong
This is an enhanced variation of how I cook marine mussels or "tahong" in Filipino term. I used "mustasa" as my veggie instead of the usual "malunggay" to add a distinct taste to it. However, if you prefer "malunggay" go ahead. There's nothing wrong with it. Anyway, this packs a lot of vitamins and minerals which helps in your daily needs, such as, Vitamin B12, Manganese, Iron and Vitamin C.

Chicken Tinola
I grew up in a province where chicken is of abundance. So dishes with chicken is what you commonly see served on the table. Most specially on special occasions. But never forget, that this dish is what our mothers usually cook when we are also sick.
